Blueberry Cheesecake Milkshake

Ingredients

  • 250 g (1 cup) frozen blueberries
  • 500 ml (2 cups) light vanilla ice cream
  • 125 ml (1/2 cup) cream cheese
  • 45 g (1.5 ounces) Graham crackers
  • Fresh blueberries and graham crackers for garnish
  • 75mL (1/4 cup) Scotsburn 35% Whipping Cream 
  • 75mL (1/4 cup) Scotsburn 2% Milk
     


 

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree the frozen blueberries, light vanilla ice cream, cream cheese, whipping cream, milk and graham crackers.
  2. Pour into one or two glasses.
  3. Top off with fresh blueberries and graham crackers for garnish.
