Lunch Express Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 250 mL (1 cup) Scotsburn milk
  • 250 g (1/2 container) Scotsburn Fat Free Cottage Cheese
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) water
  • 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled, pitted
  • 1/2 ripe pear, quartered
  • 125 mL (1/2 cup) frozen spinach
  • 60 mL (1/4 cup) alfalfa sprouts
  • To taste fresh parsley leaves
  • To taste fresh coriander leaves
  • 30 mL (2 tbsp) wheat germ
  • To taste celery salt

Directions

  1. In a blender, puree all ingredients until smooth.
  2. Serve promptly.
